We are currently looking for a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, innovate our menus, and ensure consistent excellence in every dish.
The Role
As Head Chef, you will:
* Take full responsibility for kitchen operations, from food preparation and cooking to presentation and service.
* Design, develop, and refine seasonal menus that are exciting, profitable, and on-brand.
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations and high morale.
* Oversee kitchen stock management, including ordering, deliveries, and minimising waste.
* Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, health, and food safety standards.
* Work closely with the management team to hit business targets and deliver an outstanding food offering.
* Monitor food costs and budgets, ensuring commercial success without compromising quality.
What We Look For
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen.
* Passion for food innovation and creating memorable dishes.
* Strong leadership and communication skills to develop and inspire the kitchen team.
* Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of food cost control and kitchen budgets.
* A calm, organised, and efficient approach to problem-solving under pressure.
* Full knowledge of food safety, health, and hygiene regulations (Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate preferred).
* A creative eye for detail and presentation.
