I am looking for a Senior Sales Executive / Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to join my client a leading UK company specialising in the secure destruction industry based in Norwich. This is a hybrid role based near Norwich with opportunities for remote work, client meetings, and event attendance. The Senior Sales Executive / Sales Engineer / Sales Manager will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities with large UK organisations. The successful Senior Sales Executive / Sales Engineer / Sales Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, achieving sales targets and manage the sales pipeline. This senior role offers clear progression opportunities and requires excellent stakeholder management skills. Package: Base salary £35,000-£45,000 Dependent on Experience Uncapped commission structure with realistic total earnings of £25,000-£40,000 per year Company Car Additional Leave Company Events Employee Referral Programme Responsibilities: Lead generation and business development targeting large UK enterprises Developing and maintaining strong client relationships Managing the sales pipeline and working collaboratively with internal teams Attending industry events and networking opportunities Requirements: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within service industries Strong skills in lead generation, relationship management, and closing deals Ability to develop and implement sales strategies Familiarity with industry regulations and secure destruction services would be advantageous A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
