A vacancy has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst to join our busy ICT team. It is an exciting time to join the organisation as ICT are supporting several major infrastructure projects that will support our modernisation and re-design plan.
About the role
The Service Desk Analyst role will support the team in delivering essential projects, organisational modernisation and it will also provide support to staff within the organisation with troubleshooting IT related issues.
We are looking for that exceptional individual who can work as part of a technology support service in line with our organisational requirements.
This role is starting at a Stroud 3 £27,711, rising to a Stroud 4 £32,654 subject to development within the role.
About you
We're looking for someone who has experience in working in an IT environment across a number of different services or departments and is able to build and maintain rapport with internal customers at ease. You will also have:
1. Practical experience of supporting a customer base (450+) using Microsoft products operating in a complex environment with many line of business solutions.
2. Service desk experience of managing a service desk function, preferably using ITIL service delivery methodology.
3. The ability to provide effective and timely resolutions to a range of routine and complex ICT problems.
The ability to drive and have access to a car is required for this role.
