You could be responsible for: Carrying out the installation and configuration of hardware and software across the site. Responding on time and effectively to service desk incidents, according to the newly defined SLA's. Create documentation according to any troubleshooting issues you have resolved for recurring errors. Hands on supporting and maintenance of Windows and MAC OS devices. Develop and deliver technical documentation for new staff training purposes. Assist new staff with set up and training within their workstations. Carry out the maintenance and support of Active Directory. Support end users within the business either in person or remotely. What you'll need to be considered: Either a Degree in IT Support with 2 years of experiece as a Service Desk Analyst or Equivalent OR 3 years of Service Desk Support experience or similar job. Working knowledge of service desk software (ServiceNow or similar) Experience supporting wired and wireless network.
