The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales person to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-facing position, enjoys building relationships, and is confident in outbound sales calls. You will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, supporting the sales team, and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce our tailored insurance solutions.
2. Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and schedule appointments for our insurance specialists.
3. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and renewals to maximize sales conversions.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (HubSpot).
5. Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing proposals and processing policy documentation.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
7. Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold the company's reputation for integrity and reliability.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous experience in a sales, telesales, or customer service role, preferably within insurance, financial services, or B2B sales.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.
3. Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally handle client objections.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. A proactive and self-motivated approach to meeting targets and deadlines.
6. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office.
7. Knowledge of insurance products is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided.
