Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team on a part-time basis, playing a key role in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings for our high-profile events venue. From weddings to corporate functions and private celebrations, you will be responsible for maximising bookings while working towards realistic budget targets. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a sales-driven mindset and a proven ability to manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to Client Enquiries: Handle all incoming client enquiries (via phone, email, and web forms) with professionalism, ensuring timely responses.
* Venue Showrounds: Arrange and conduct personalised venue showrounds, showcasing the venue’s unique features to prospective clients and tailoring the experience to their needs.
* Proposals & Quotations: Create tailored proposals and quotations based on client requirements, ensuring these align with budget goals and drive conversions.
* Follow-Up & Conversion: Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients to nurture leads and guide them through the booking process, with a strong focus on closing high-profile sales.
* Contract Negotiation: Issue contracts and negotiate terms, working closely with the General Manager to ensure client expectations are met while keeping within budget parameters.
* Collaboration with Events Team: Once bookings are confirmed, transition event details to the Admin Assistant for seamless coordination and execution.
* Sales Reporting: Track and report all enquiries, follow-ups, and conversion rates, providing updates to the General Manager and contributing to revenue forecasts.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Sales Expertise: Proven sales experience, ideally within hospitality, events, or venue management, with a strong track record in converting leads into sales.
* Client-Focused Approach: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups while prioritising high-profile opportunities.
* Results-Driven: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with an understanding of budget alignment.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings for client showrounds, open days, and showcases.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software (Word, Excel).
