18 month FTC with an immediate start I am looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a very reputable organisation in Heywood. Working alongside the HR team and the Finance Director, your main responsibilities will be: Managing day-to-day HR operations following in line with the company policies Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Support employees and management with any concerns. Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding Support the business with any changes in law in conjunction with our external HR legal advisors Support managers with conduct or performance triggers · Assist in identifying and implementing training needs. Ideally you will have: CIPD Level 5 TUPE experience This is a full time role - office based 5 days a week.
