Junior Sous Chef
Are you a talented and ambitious Junior Sous Chef ready to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting on behalf of a renowned luxury hotel for a driven individual to join their exceptional kitchen team and push towards their ambitious goals for 2025 and 2026.
Salary and Benefits:
1. Salary: £33,000 per annum
2. Tronc: Guaranteed £5,000
3. Accommodation: On-site live-in accommodation available for only £50 per week
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations
2. Support in the management and training of junior kitchen staff
3. Ensure that kitchen hygiene and food safety procedures are followed at all times
4. Maintain a high level of organisation in the kitchen to guarantee efficiency
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a Junior Sous role or as a Chef de Partie in a rosette/Michelin kitchen
2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
3. Passion for creating exceptional dishes using the finest ingredients
4. A commitment to upholding high standards of kitchen cleanliness and safety
5. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment
