Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Botanical Rooms Head Chef to manage and develop the pastry section, utilising the estate’s fresh ingredients and actively participating in menu development Execute and oversee the creation of our pastries and desserts, with exceptional attention to detail Effectively communication with the wider Botanical Rooms team and ensure orders are executed in a timely and high-quality fashion Foster a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth Assist in inventory management, ordering, and maintaining quality control of pastry ingredients. Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, contributing to the development of a cohesive culinary team.
