We are thrilled to be working with our client who are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join their team, reporting directly to the Sales Director. This hybrid role combines working from home, office-based tasks and on-site visits, where you will identify, qualify and close new business accounts while maintaining and growing existing client relationships. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional project management skills, guiding clients through installation requirements, acting as a primary contact during the process, and delivering training upon completion. With occasional travel and flexibility outside standards office hours, this position offers a varied and rewarding opportunity for a motivated professional. What’s in it for you? • 20 days holiday bank holidays extra week off at Christmas • Company Car • Competitive salary alongside uncapped commission scheme and OTE bonuses • Mobile phone and laptop Duties will include: • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Support and guide clients from the initial contact stage through to deal completion and beyond. • Build strong relationships and work closely with engineers and the support team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction when delivering services. • Conduct regular reviews with your line manager to report on sales performance, progress toward goals, and overall effectiveness through updates and one-on-one meetings. • Consistently achieve set KPI’s. • Maintain and update prospect / customer details within the company’s CRM system. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of the following: • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets • Strong negotiation, communication and analytical abilities • Holds a full UK Driving License (essential) • Solid understanding of IT Systems and network infrastructure • Experience working in the education or local authority sector ( advantageous) LOCATION: Woodbridge ( Hybrid – 2 days in the office minimum) DURATION: Permanent PAY: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Commission HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-17:00pm If you feel you have the relevant skills and experience to succeed in this position, please apply with your current CV.
