The Role:
Talented Telephone-based Sales Executives needed for a dynamic team working in digital marketing services. Join us to spearhead innovative sales initiatives and connect with a wide range of potential clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for cultivating lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct proactive outbound calls aimed at engaging potential customers and scheduling appointments.
* Utilise digital marketing insight to present products and services effectively and set up compelling sales pitches.
* Perform competitive analysis to understand market trends and craft strategic sales approaches.
* Qualify leads to ensure that the sales pipeline is robust and productive.
* Maintain organised records of customer interactions within the CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and their implementation in sales strategies.
* Proven experience in appointment setting and lead management within a fast-paced sales environment.
* Ability to perform competitive analysis and apply findings to improve sales processes.
* Experience in lead qualification to optimise the sales funnel.
* Confidence in communicating with decision-makers at various organisational levels.
* Initiative to develop creative solutions and strategies without extensive oversight.
* Adaptability to thrive in an evolving and dynamic sales landscape.
* Persistence to pursue and convert challenging sales opportunities into successes.
Salary & Benefits:
* Competitive starting salary of £25,000 per annum, with performance-based commission.

Working Schedule:
* This is a full-time, permanent role requiring a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
* Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 5:15pm, with occasional flexibility for client needs.
