A small prestigious international bank is seeking a “hands on” manager for its retail banking operations area.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a team, processing all retail banking & cashiering for the London branch and providing customer services support to RM’s regarding HNWI & private banking
* Processing payments and treasury settlements
* Ensuring CDD/EDD is updated
Your experience must include:
* Extensive proven and relevant retail banking/SWIFT payments/customers services experience gained in banking
* Strong proven staff management skills
* Excellent communication/presentation skills gained in front line customer services
* Able to work well under pressure, show initiative and good problem-solving skills
Please note this role will be working 5 days a week in the London office
