Alpha Pro Logistics Limited provides high-quality and reliable removals services across the UK and EU, currently looking for a forward-thinking, motivated, and organized individual to grow its team and become our Sales Executive.
Full-time position with a competitive salary, subject to experience and skills.
Must be confident on the telephone and have excellent communication skills (written and spoken). Experience in using CRM software is an advantage. The ideal candidate will be a highly efficient, proactive team player with the ability to multitask while maintaining outstanding attention to detail.
Due to the nature of this role, we require someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities of our Sales Coordinator:
1. Working schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm (subject to flexibility).
2. Manage the opportunities from start to finish through our internal CRM system.
3. Manage inbound inquiries, respond to briefs, negotiate rates, and manage bookings.
4. Deal with inbound communication regarding orders, bookings, opportunities, and any other relevant queries.
5. A passion for completing all tasks to the highest standard and being driven by results.
6. The ability to work on your own initiative and effectively manage your own workload.
Skills needed to become our Sales Coordinator:
1. Very strong relationship-building skills and pride yourself in your ability to deliver top-notch customer service.
2. Previous admin/customer service experience within the removals industry is preferable.
3. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
4. Attention to detail, ensuring the highest standard of accuracy.
5. A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
6. Computer literate.
