Job Title: Rewards Manager (Europe)
Location: Flexible / Hybrid (anywhere in Europe)
Reports to: European HR Director
Salary: £70,000 plus bonus
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Rewards Manager for Europe to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of Total Rewards initiatives across the region. This strategic role will focus on creating competitive compensation and benefits that align with the company's global Total Rewards philosophy while addressing regional needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, expertise in compensation strategy, and a hands-on approach to driving Total Rewards projects across multiple European countries.
Responsibilities:
1. Designing and implementing Total Rewards solutions in line with company philosophy and strategy
2. Develop, review and implement pay and reward initiatives
3. Define compensation structure
4. Benchmarking research and HCM reporting using HRIS
5. Presenting data to HR colleagues and business
6. Coaching, training, and advising HRBPs and business leaders on rewards programmes
