Main Purpose of Role
To lead, develop, drive and deliver the resourcing and attracting strategy to ensure the very best talent is selected. To lead the recruitment and representation plan to raise awareness of, engage with and increase the visibility of both officer and staff vacancies within the recruitment market. Supporting a strong employment brand and ensure that the Force provides a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
Key Skills & Experience Required
Experience of providing recruitment advice and support.
Evidence of successfully initiating attraction and recruitment positive action interventions.
Ability to work independently, assess priorities and required actions and react appropriately with a proactive approach to work and problem solving.
Proven experience of managing a small team.
Qualified to Degree Level or equivalent level of experience.
