Job Title: Sales Executive

Employment Type: Full-tIme, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (37.5 hours per week) with a 30-minute lunch break.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team in Castle Donington. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to drive sales of bespoke portable dance floors, bars, and flooring solutions to clients in the hospitality and leisure sector. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals in both UK and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
● Conduct high-quality, one-on-one telephone conversations with decision-makers and influencers in the hospitality industry.
● Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate leads through targeted outreach.
● Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, building trust and credibility to drive long-term business growth.
● Present and sell the features and benefits of the company’s products, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
Sales Process Management:
● Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to closing the deal and invoicing.
● Effectively negotiate pricing and contracts to maximise revenue and profit.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression.
Client Relationship Management:
● Build and maintain stable relationships with existing and new clients.
● Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
● Attend industry trade shows and events to network and identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements
● Previous experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in a call centre or sales office environment.
● Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
● Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, fostering long-term business relationships.
● Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven with a passion for sales.
● Excellent listening skills to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
● A background in hospitality or event management sales is highly advantageous.
● Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

● Salary: Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure (potential OTE earnings of £8,000+ per annum).
