Description
What you'll be doing:
Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
Supporting employee relations cases including investigations and note-taking
Assisting with recruitment and supporting managers through the hiring process
Coordinating training and development initiatives
Keeping employee records up to date using the HRIS
Supporting key HR projects and process improvements
Helping with monthly payroll data and HR reporting
Profile
What we're looking for:
Previous HR generalist experience - ideally in a fast-paced environment
A good working knowledge of UK employment law
Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
Organised, detail-oriented and a self-starter
CIPD Level 3 qualified (Level 5 desirable) or equivalent experience
