The Role A Hotel Manager at Soho House is responsible for the overall management and operation of Hotel and Hotel Departments (including Reception, Reservations, Gym, Housekeeping, Nights and Spa). The position supports the General Manager to ensure the overall operation of the Hotel and Members Club is maintained daily and that the needs of the employees, members and guests are met and exceeded. Main Duties Continuously improve guest and staff satisfaction while maximizing financial performance. Oversee hotel supervisors, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth operations. Manage departmental budgets, optimizing costs and efficiency across properties. Ensure consistent policies and service standards between the property Complete and communicate all operational reports. Maintain Mystery Guest scores of 93% for the hotel. Collaborate with Reservations and Revenue teams to maximize occupancy and rates. Lead weekly HOD meetings to address challenges and drive best practices. Manage staff performance, ensuring compliance with Soho House policies and safety procedures. Conduct quarterly coffee chats and annual performance appraisals to support team development What we are looking for Strong leadership and team management abilities to inspire and develop a large team 3-5 years' experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service Proven experience in hotel management role within high-volume, premium environments Problem solving and decision making abilities to address operational challenges effectively Strong attention to details Excellent customer service Fluent in English Organised and reliable Computer literacy within Opera, Micros and Adaco advantageous Expected working hours for a Hotel Manager: Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens & closes Subsidised transport rate offered from: Chipping Norton (OX7) & Banbury (OX15 & OX16) AMRT1_UKCT
