Job Description
1. Develop and implement a scalable L&D strategy aligned with company goals.
2. Build and roll out onboarding programs for new hires across multiple departments.
3. Identify skills gaps and create targeted learning pathways for individuals and teams.
4. Partner with managers and team leads to embed learning into daily workflows.
5. Source and manage external training vendors and platforms.
6. Track and measure the impact of learning initiatives.
7. Foster a culture of continuous learning and feedback.
The Successful Applicant
A successful L&D Manager should have:
1. 4+ years in L&D, Talent Development, or a similar HR/People role.
2. Experience in a high-growth, scaling environment.
3. Proven ability to build learning programs from scratch.
4. Strong communication and facilitation skills.
5. Data-driven mindset with a passion for results and impact.
6. Empathy, curiosity, and a bias for action.
7. Bonus: Experience with sports tech or performance-focused industries.
