As an established disruptor to the market our customer base is growing, and we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our awesome Customer team. Kube has been built around Kuberno’s customers. Our Customer team supports customers in every stage of their journey, from Onboarding to the alignment and realisation of their strategic aims and aspirations for Kube. This is a crucial role in supporting our customers, and you will be a pivotal part of the Customer team, ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and effective assistance and support whilst contributing to the overall success and growth of our customer-centric approach. We don’t have a long check list of skills or experience for this role, although it probably isn’t suitable as a first-job. Things that are important to us are experience in delivering first class customer support, teamwork, aptitude, and attitude. You will be expected to hit the ground running and in a fast-paced growth environment, be a self starter. We don’t plan on standing still and neither should you So what would you be doing in the role? Provide first-line support to Kuberno customers via our email ticketing system and telephone, ensuring timely resolution of queries. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by understanding their needs and using internal tools or escalating to the appropriate team when necessary. Document and update support processes, ensuring clear, accurate records of troubleshooting steps and resolutions. Develop a deep understanding of Kube our Saas platform to guide customers effectively. Collaborate with the Customer, Product, and Development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Identify and escalate recurring issues or product bugs to drive continuous improvement. Create and maintain user-friendly documentation, FAQs, and guides for customers. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and streamline support processes. Monitor and analyse data and support metrics to improve service delivery. What We’re Looking For Experience: 12 months in a customer support or similar role within a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Technical Skills: Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues; experience with SaaS products and customer ticketing systems is a plus Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to simplify technical information for non-technical users. Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about delivering excellent customer experience and building strong relationships. Problem-Solving: Logical thinker who can analyse issues and data, organizing and identifying root causes and trends. Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving growth environment. Collaboration: A team player who is willing to go the extra mile to support customers and colleagues. Desirable: Experience of working with third-party suppliers would be great but not essential. "Nice to haves" We work with Company Secretaries and other governance professionals from organisations of all shapes and sizes who want to deliver future fit governance. An interest in governance and how technology can help transform the work place, especially in the governance space would be a head start in building empathy for our customers but is not a pre-requisite. Location The role will primarily be home-based, but you should be willing and able to travel to London or other locations for team meetings as required. You may also be required to travel to customer sites for face-to-face meetings. These would typically be ad-hoc and set up at the request of the customer. Still holding back?
