Complaint Handlers needed in Glasgow. If you have complaint handling experience and are looking for a new challenge in the new year, then we have a role for you. Working with our utilities complaints team, you will use your experience and knowledge to resolve customers' complaints. You could support customers with their bills, missed appointments, or issues with meters.
Contract Details:
1. Duration: 7 months
2. Start Date: February 2025
3. Day Rate: £155 - Umbrella only recruitment
4. Location: Glasgow City Centre - Full time in office for training and sign-off - Hybrid working available after this (3 days a week in office)
What Huntswood is looking for:
1. Experience investigating customer complaints
2. Experience working for a Utilities company would be beneficial
3. Commitment to work at our office in Central Glasgow
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
6. Strong attention to detail
7. Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
8. Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
