Service Desk Analyst role available in Swindon, with a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 and great benefits.
We are working with a growing firm in the security sector who need another Service Desk Analyst to join their team. This role offers lots of growth opportunities for someone with a drive to progress and a passion for IT.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows and ideally with Linux too, but this isn't essential. The role is 4- days on, 4 days off and is on a 12-hour shift pattern consisting of either a day or a night shift alternating weekly.
Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be SC clearable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to technical requests over the phone and email
* Resolving issues/queries
* Logging issues and requests through the ticketing system
* Escalating issues to the help desk team leader
* Training and development
Requirements:
* Strong Customer Service Skills
* Experience working in a helpdesk environment
* Having a technical understanding of Windows 10 Operating System
* Active Directory
* Strong verbal communication skills
