This is a fantastic new opening opportunity for a talented sous chef to run a contemporary British restaurant with rooms. Reporting to the consultant chef, you will be supported in running your own site and guided to success.
You will be hands-on, cooking high-quality local ingredients, leading a team of chefs through service, and reporting to senior management.
Your role will be to train and motivate your BOH team and monitor high standards across the site.
There is a new kitchen and restaurant that can serve up to 150 covers when busy with fresh, seasonal, and sustainable modern European food.
This position would suit a sous chef that has worked in a busy restaurant or rosette-level gastropub, with knowledge of BOH admin and experience in premium restaurants. This is a fantastic chance to achieve something special! Apply today!
