1. Answering queries via phone, email and social media
2. Help to maximise sales traffic and brand awareness online
3. Communicate effectively with the team regarding sales activity
4. Drive online sales by introducing new concepts

5. Experience working with SAGE
6. Customer service experience
7. Experience of managing inbound and outbound calls
8. Ability to work under pressure
9. Proven track record in a sales environment
10. Proactive team player with a can do attitude
11. Be able to manage and prioritise your own workload effectively
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
