Role: Sales Executive - B2B Contract: Permanent Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 (DOE) Commission Location: Bristol - Hybrid Role Summary: This role has two primary responsibilities initially to research and contact companies that fit the ideal customer profile (ICP) to build a strong pipeline of opportunities. Secondly, to nurture from discovery to closed-won, meeting and exceeding a revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Own revenue generating activities consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets. Conduct proactive outreach activities such as direct calling, social media and email campaigns, to generate new business opportunities. Track and manage sales opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle, ensuring timely and effective progression. Partner with the wider Sales, Marketing and Product Teams to share learnings and work together to develop our offering and success in B2B. Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as required. Qualifications: Proven experience opening and closing mid-market B2B sales opportunities Demonstrated success in driving revenue outcomes through effective sales strategies Experience with CRM systems (e.g HubSpot) Active listening and problem-solving abilities Effective negotiation and relationship-building skills. Time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Strategic mindset with the proven ability to identify opportunities, develop tailored Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
