XR Sales Executive – Help Us Disrupt Medical Training with Next-Generation Technology
Revolve Labs create immersive digital experiences in Extended Reality (XR), redefining education in the medical sector. We are working with leading companies, the NHS, and surgical associations to set new standards of education in the medical sector.
We’re seeking a Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition, build relationships, and smash sales targets by showcasing our cutting-edge solutions.
Your Mission:
1. Win new clients and expand existing accounts.
2. Hit sales targets and help grow the business.
3. Deliver tailored, engaging product demos that address client needs.
4. Build a healthy sales pipeline and uncover new opportunities.
5. Guide clients from first pitch to onboarding and beyond.
6. Stay sharp on industry trends and product updates.
7. Represent Revolve Labs at events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Proven success in sales or account management.
3. Analytical skills for sales data, forecasting, and reporting.
4. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
5. Adaptability — thrive in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment.
6. Knowledge of VR, online training solutions, or similar tech is a plus.
7. Some experience in the medical sector is a plus.
Must Haves:
1. Degree in a relevant area.
2. Ability to address market and generate leads directly.
3. Top communication skills and a passion for engaging with customers.
4. Ability to thrive in a start-up business environment, adapting to changing priorities and contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced team.
