Our client is looking for a E-Commerce Sales Executive to enhance and execute e-commerce strategy driving profitable sales and long-term brand awareness on e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive the expansion and profitable growth of the e-commerce business
2. Expand the e-commerce offer for UK and Export markets
3. Manage day-to-day operations of multiple online selling platforms such as Amazon, Amazon FBA, eBay, and Shopify
4. Oversee all customer service issues from the e-commerce sales channels
5. Employ digital marketing tactics (SEO, PPC, email, affiliates, etc.) to drive site traffic, conversions, and maximize revenues
6. Use analytics to report on performance metrics (sales, costs, product performance, customer behavior, site metrics) and identify opportunities for organic growth
7. Develop the customer journey and improve overall online customer experience
8. Participate in testing and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize platform functionality and customer experience, aiming for rapid revenue growth
9. Collaborate with colleagues to communicate product launches, campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to increase footfall and sales
10. Engage in digital marketing initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies like social networking and mobile communications to modernize marketing strategies and meet brand and commercial objectives
11. Analyze marketing initiatives, share insights, and apply learnings to future plans to enhance customer experience and ROI
12. Manage third-party providers and digital marketing costs to align with brand strategy, commercial goals, and ROI expectations
Requirements:
* Experience selling on Amazon, eBay, & Shopify is ESSENTIAL
* Experience with e-commerce management software like Channel Engine is a plus
