The Role
We're seeking a System Engineer & Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Noble Park, VIC, with flexible remote work options. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless hosting services while providing top-tier technical and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting – Resolve customer inquiries via tickets, live chat, or phone with a problem-solving mindset.
2. Server & System Administration – Manage cPanel / WHM, account migrations, server maintenance, and optimisation.
3. Systems Engineering – Assist in infrastructure upgrades, security, and scalability initiatives.
4. Customer Service Excellence – Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional support to clients.
5. Collaboration – Work closely with the team to refine processes and improve service quality.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have Skills:
1. Customer support expertise (hosting or related IT fields)
2. Proficiency in troubleshooting web hosting issues
3. Clear communication & problem-solving
Nice-to-Have Skills:
1. Experience with CloudLinux / LVE
2. Scripting (Bash / Python)
3. Knowledge of firewalls (e.g., CSF)
4. Familiarity with monitoring tools
5. Certifications (e.g., RHCSA)
