About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a driven and talented recruiter with a proven track record in 360 recruitment/or growing accounts. You will build long-term client relationships and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that make a difference. From engaging top talent through advanced sourcing techniques to consulting with clients on Talent strategies, you’ll thrive in a role that rewards resilience, expertise, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Account Growth: Build and expand existing client accounts by understanding hiring needs and delivering effective recruitment solutions.
2. Advanced Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and direct headhunting.
3. Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the full recruitment cycle while ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
4. Job Specification Development: Take clear, detailed briefs from clients to create effective job specifications.
5. Leadership & Mentorship: Support team development by sharing expertise and helping build a high performance culture.
6. Strategic Thinking: Align recruitment strategies with market insights and emerging trends.
What We’re Looking For
Successful candidates will ideally bring the following skills and experience to the role:
1. Demonstrated success in 360 recruitment and growing client accounts.
2. Expertise in talent acquisition using diverse sourcing strategies.
3. Strong business acumen with knowledge of industry trends and workforce planning.
4. Proven ability to manage candidate relationships and ensure exceptional experiences.
5. Consistent record of meeting billing targets and delivering results.
6. Leadership skills to mentor and guide team members effectively.
