Position Overview
The key objectives of the role are to drive sales for an assigned list of accounts on MSW POLO, full management of set accounts, from sell-in to delivery, to payments/PO's, to in-season reorder, and contribute to developing clear strategic goals, financial plans, and new business opportunities for growth, as well as supporting the sales manager where necessary.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Achievement of set sales and reorder targets.
2. Develop clear strategic goals, financial plans, and new business opportunities for growth within assigned accounts.
3. Implementation of new ideas and developments/strategies.
4. FY Budget reviews - contribution and ownership for own accounts.
5. Leading and delivering budget negotiations for assigned accounts.

1. Strong market knowledge and understanding.
2. Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
3. Key account understanding, independent retailers & Ecommerce.
4. Delivering corporate sales initiatives across all responsible departments.
