Joining at an exciting time of growth & reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Recruitment Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders including hiring managers and HR colleagues to evaluate and refresh recruitment process for all roles. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to enhance recruitment processes, implement a new Applicant Tracking System, and design a recruitment strategy that ensures great hiring outcomes and candidate experience. You will build a talent attraction strategy, designed to promote the brilliant culture and benefits the business offers, underpinned by strong process and data and reporting to enable evidence-based recruitment decisions. We are looking to hear from recruiters with excellent stakeholder management skills and proven experience of designing and delivering recruitment process that is consistent but agile enough to meet hiring manager and business needs. The role is Newcastle based with a hybrid working approach, and offers the opportunity to be truly accountable and creative whilst working with a brilliant team.
