Producing fresh meals to be delivered to hotels, clubs, restaurants
Overseeing the evening team
Hours : 3pm to midnight Monday to Friday
Food prepared is mostly European
Previous similar experience is essential at senior level
The successful candidate is highly organised, has a sense of priority and strong health and hygiene knowledge.
