Job Responsibilities:
* Sell the whole group offering with a focus on sales opportunities within the Aquasentry business unit and look for opportunities to expand the level of business with existing customers.
* Develop and maintain existing customer sales of the group’s product and services in line with targets and KPIs set by the company.
* Support ongoing sales enquiries within the Aquasentry business unit and maintain communication between internal parties such as Operations and Production to enable a smooth customer experience.
Main Duties
* Develop and maintain an excellent knowledge of all current and upcoming products and services.
* Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
* Own the role and accept responsibility for success and failure.
* Explore opportunities to accomplish new things to enhance department and company reputation.
* Meet and exceed targets, KPIs, and goals individually and for the company.
* Achieve company GP targets by focusing on maintaining margins.
* Ensure that all quotes are followed up to convert to a sale.
* Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
* Forecasting and reporting accurately and in a timely manner.
* Take orders in an accurate manner to enable order processing to be completed without errors.
Develop Business
* Identify business opportunities with new and existing medium to large end-user companies.
* Manage, track and follow up on leads by calling them.
* Ask questions to fully understand customer requirements and close sales.
* Enter and update customer information in the database accurately and in a timely manner.
* Answer questions about products or the company.
* Accurately quote for products and services.
* Close business promptly – reduce the need to quote and be comfortable with pricing.
Retain and Develop Existing Accounts
* Utilise the group CRM system and ensure that all customer details are kept up to date for all existing customers.
* Contact existing customers to inform them about new products and services that they may not be aware of.
* Contact existing clients and customers to generate repeat sales.
* A clear plan and strategy must be in place for every type of call.
* Listen to and answer questions and resolve concerns to retain customers.
* Focus on understanding the needs of the client to ensure the quality of our customer experience exceeds expectations.
