My client is a prestigious membership-based organization, and they have two vacancies in their Service Desk team.
You will be the first point of contact for users and provide 1st and 2nd line support. This is very much a customer-facing role onsite, so good communication and people skills are imperative.
SKILLS:
* Experience of working in ICT departments with working knowledge of ITIL.
* Experience of working in a customer-focused role.
* Experience of PC and Laptop troubleshooting.
* Experience of installing and supporting Win10, Win11 & Office365 as well as MAC OS.
* Experience of Exchange Online and Azure (Entra ID) Admin.
* Understanding of Office 365 applications (Teams, OneDrive).
* Understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Routing, DHCP, DNS.
* Understanding of AD configuration and design.
* Security, endpoint management, email TTP.
* Good time management and prioritization skills.
* Working knowledge of Networking and VOIP technologies.
Expectations are that the successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months commercial experience in a similar service desk role. Please only apply if you can work 5 days on-site.
