Are you a motivated leader with a passion for driving performance and engagement? We are looking for a Customer Interaction Manager to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis, starting ASAP. This hybrid role offers a mix of on-site and remote working flexibility. We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in contact centres or call centres who are ready to step into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Managing a team of 10-15 people, ensuring high performance and engagement
✅ Driving KPIs and business objectives, supporting team development
✅ Providing leadership, coaching, and motivation to the team
✅ Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
✅ Working occasional weekends and bank holidays as required
