Responsibilities:
1. Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering 14 great shifts per week.
2. Ensure daily prep work is completed efficiently.
3. Prepare dishes according to specified standards.

What you'll bring:
* Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef seeking the next career step.
* Experience working with fresh ingredients and demonstrating good kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene).
* Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
* Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision.
* Strong knowledge of allergen management, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety standards.
