Job Overview
To provide administration support for the Customer Support team and to liaise with the client base to ensure an excellent level of customer service is achieved at all times.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities
1. Provide a high level of telephone-based and electronic email support in relation to all client administration.
2. Process all sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Manage all invoicing processes accurately and within set time frames.
4. Administer all stock returns to third-party warehouse.
5. Manage queries related to order status.
6. Track all customer orders to the final delivery point.
7. Effectively liaise with the warehouse regarding delivery schedules and priority shipments.
8. Accurate and timely reporting on all dispatching anomalies, working in conjunction with the warehouse team.
9. Build and maintain professional relationships with key contacts (internal and external).
10. Assist the operations and logistics team leader in all ad hoc projects as required.
11. Plan and manage workloads adhering to all company SLAs.
12. Provide backup to colleagues within the sales admin team.
13. Daily filing and general office housekeeping.
14. Display alignment with company values including passion, integrity, honesty, and respect.
15. Perform other ad hoc duties as requested by the Head of Customer Support.
Location: The jobholder is required to be located at Hanwha Vision Europe Ltd, Heriot House, Heriot Road, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 9DT. Travel outside of the UK may be required from time to time.
