Sales Executive
Location: Ferndown, Dorset
Salary: £25,000 basic + Commission
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Our client is seeking a vibrant Sales Executive to join their expanding sales department to maximise growth and sales opportunities. With a solid client base and strong existing relationships, our client is looking for someone who can maintain relationships and generate new ones through effective communication and resolution.
Main responsibilities:
1. Servicing existing clients and offering support throughout the sales process.
2. Capable of handling Customer Service and Sales Order Processing for existing clients, and prepared to offer reliable support to the team during periods of absence.
3. Cultivate strong customer relationships through regular communication, account analysis, range reviews, and on-site visits.
4. Collaborate with marketing to generate new business through targeted promotional campaigns and outbound calling.
5. Liaising and supporting sales & marketing departments to implement strategy.
6. Achieve individual and company sales revenue targets.
7. Support the launch of new products and secure customer buy-in.
8. Over time, learn from National Account Managers and New Channel Managers to support various projects and new business implementation.
Skills & experience required:
1. Account management experience with product sales is preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills across all media channels including phone, email, Teams, or face-to-face.
3. A strong work ethic with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload.
4. Confident and proficient in recognising opportunities to grow and achieve goals.
5. Good understanding of MS applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
6. Team player who can be individually dependable.
7. Clean UK Driving Licence required.
