Assist in running the kitchen efficiently, ensuring smooth operations across all sections. Support the head chef in delivering high-quality standards in every dish. Regularly check sections to maintain high standards of preparation, presentation, and cleanliness. Place orders for ingredients and supplies, ensuring stock levels are sufficient for daily operations.
