Sales Executive Job Type: Full-time Location: Poole Salary: £25,000 base salary - Uncapped Commission We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. If you are ambitious and looking to make a name for yourself in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you Day-to-day of the role: Identify and develop prospects, working closely with customers to understand their needs and guide them towards the most appropriate product. Demonstrate product options, adapting to customer buying strategies and encouraging product experiences through test drives. Negotiate prices, payment methods, and finance arrangements directly with customers, adhering to company guidelines. Participate actively in training and development opportunities to help achieve the company's aims and objectives. Liaise with Sales Administration to ensure product availability aligns with customer expectations, place orders, update customer records, and schedule any additional services or work before the delivery date. Conduct follow-up calls post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain relationships, and foster future business. Plan and organise daily selling activities, such as making calls to sales prospects to generate new business. Collaborate with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide seamless service to customers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Ability to plan, organise, and meet agreed deadlines. Quick assimilation of information and ability to provide considered responses. Strong work ethic and adaptability to change. High attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work. Ability to work under tight deadlines to meet business needs.
