Job Description
This role is designed for part-time (30h/w) work schedule with on-site presence in our Maidenhead office. Position is fixed-term until 31/12/2025 with possible extension.
A highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices and will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
HR Administration:
* Participate in collecting employee feedback and gathering training needs.
* Update staff handbooks as required and draft new ones for missing countries
* Review and renew car policy and car allowance in coordination with C&B team
* Assist in the HR audits of the countries
* Respond to various queries from the employees in regard to HR admin maters including benefits
* Ensure performance goals and development plans are created and uploaded in the system
* Assist employees/managers in using workday and carrying the various transactions
* Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
* Reviewing the monthly payrolls
