Our client is seeking an experienced Reward Manager to play a pivotal role in creating and implementing compensation programmes. The role holder will be a credible expert, providing specialist advice and guidance to senior stakeholders on a wide range of reward matters. Experience in WTW grading and commission is required.
* Contract: 5 months
* Daily rate: £600 per day through umbrella
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance to business leaders and HR Business Partners on all matters relating to reward and incentives, upskilling HR colleagues and managers.
* Lead specific Reward projects based on the Reward plan and support business as usual reward processes.
* Analyse market data to maintain a competitive market position.
* Recommend changes to the Reward Operating Model to ensure effective principles and ways of working.
* Grade senior roles using WTW (Willis Tower Watson) methodology.
* Lead the approach to pay positioning and how to attract and retain critical talent.
* Partner with HRBPs on offers and retention strategies.
Skillset & Experience:
* Experience working in a similar role within a large company.
* Strong background in Reward, Compensation, and Base Pay.
* Experience in Business Partnering on advice about packages; commission experience is beneficial.
* Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
* Ability to influence senior-level managers and directors.
* Experience in job evaluation, preferably using Willis Towers Watson global Grading methodology.
