Recruitment Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary: From £28,000 to £40,000 per annum + benefits + commission + bonus
Our client is an established recruitment company with a busy, large branch located in Birmingham City Centre. They operate across multiple sectors and have excellent business levels, loyal clients, and a hands-on, large team of recruiters all working across different business areas. With a multi-million-pound turnover, the business has grown to become a well-known and trusted brand within the recruitment marketplace. They aim to provide honest service with an emphasis on customer service and delivery. The culture is hard-working and professional, friendly and “grown-up”.
They are looking for a Recruitment Manager who can lead, develop and motivate the Industrial and Driving Branch, with support from the Senior Management Team where needed. As the manager, you will be tasked with leading by example, motivating the team, recruiting new staff members, training staff, coaching, developing, and ensuring the team drive sales, servicing clients, and delivering agreements.
This will be a hands-on role, so you will be very close to the business, clients, and relationships. You will take control and ensure the division is in shape to deliver the budget set. The position will report to the senior management team who will be there to guide and support you.
This role will suit a branch manager looking to move to an autonomous environment within a forward-thinking, growing company or a senior recruiter looking to take their first step into a managerial role. You will be a natural business developer with a passion for leadership.
There is actual scope for progression to Director level from this role, so if you are ambitious, this could be the role for you.
Requirements:
* Previous recruitment industry experience is essential.
In return, you will receive a highly competitive basic salary, a car allowance, and a package that includes a monthly commission and quarterly bonus.
Apply in complete confidence.
