Our client is looking for a proactive Inside Sales Representative to drive customer engagement and sales growth. This role involves managing existing accounts actively promoting product lines within the UK market. To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
1 year experience in a Sales role
Possess a positive, tenacious attitude
Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage priorities effectively
Good knowledge retention and willingness to learn
Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel

Proactively engage with customers and prospects to promote products
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients
Identify and convert new sales opportunities across different market segments
Generate quotes and follow up on orders monthly
Process orders and sample requests, ensuring smooth delivery and follow-ups
Develop an annual sales plan aligned with business goals
Monitor sales orders in collaboration with the Customer Service team
Recommend complementary products to maximize sales
Provide after-sales support and technical assistance
Act as a key liaison between departments and customers
