The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and driving sales for our products/services. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Cold Calling, connecting and building relationships with IT professionals Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients. Client Relationship Management: Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions. Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to meet targets. Handle client objections and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Identify new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports. Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and contracts in the CRM system. Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
