Location: Ditton Park
Rate of pay: £33,000 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Sous Chef - Slough
Key responsibilities:
1. Assisting the Head Chef with responsibility for the kitchen's daily operations
2. Overseeing and supervising the kitchen staff
3. Assisting with menu planning, inventory, and supply management
4. Monitoring and controlling stock levels and complying with food safety standards
5. Maintaining kitchen equipment
6. Unloading and putting away deliveries
7. Covering in the absence of the Head Chef/Manager
