Responsibilities: Develop and execute the HR strategy to support a rapid growth international multi group firm. Oversee recruitment, retention, and leadership development initiatives to build and nurture a world-class team. Champion a diverse, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with multi-jurisdictional labour laws and regulations. Design and implement systems to optimise performance and development at all levels. Lead HR transformation projects and foster adaptability across the organisation. Act as idealised leader for the HR team, fostering culture of development and evolution. Requirements: Proven senior HR leadership experience within the iGaming industry or a similar fast-paced, global environment. Experience working with fully remote based companies on an international scale. Expert knowledge in developing senior management and enhancing employee satisfaction and retention. Over 10 years of experience creating group HR polices. Expertise in international labour laws, compliance, and employment practices. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A track record of driving culture and engagement initiatives in a dynamic organisation. Native English speaker.
