Key Responsibilities:
Our Sous Chef will be expected to assist the Head Chef to lead, motivate and supervise the Kitchen Team and have full responsibility for all aspects of food storage, preparation, production, safety, cooking and service within the on-site restaurants and bars, including match day hospitality, and banqueting. In the absence of the Head Chef, the Sous Chef will be responsible for all Head Chef duties. You will be required to demonstrate and help maintain high levels of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our customers, to control resources, manage the processes, and cultivate a culture of excellence.

Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of five years experience as aSous Chef
* Attributes: Reliable, good timekeeper, organised, enthusiastic, and passionate about culinary excellence.
* Administration:Must be used to working in a professional organisation operating with SOPs and strict protocols especially as regards ordering and creation of menus.
