The Role
We are seeking a Sales Executive based in Newcastle, UK, to drive global sales initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional with exceptional solution-based sales expertise, capable of identifying, onboarding, and nurturing customer relationships. You will manage structured sales cycles, from pipeline development to post-sales expansion, through direct sales channels and partnerships. As part of a collaborative team, you will also hold individual responsibilities and be accountable for achieving the targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage sales pipelines using Salesforce .
* Identify, engage, and establish new business relationships .
* Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings .
* Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events .
* Present and demonstrate Enigio’s solutions effectively.
* Negotiate contracts, close deals, and onboard customers.
* Maintain accurate sales records and report performance metrics .
Required Capabilities
* Proven expertise in value-driven solution sales, understanding customer needs, and tailoring solutions to address their challenges.
* Exceptional presentation skills, adaptable to both virtual and in-person settings.
* Ability to create sales materials and facilitate impactful customer workshops .
* Strong relationship-building skills, fostering trust and long-term client partnerships .
* High level of business acumen, integrity, and a results-driven approach.
* Demonstrated success in managing complex sales processes and overcoming procurement challenges .
* Interest in technology with the ability to understand customer-specific tech and business challenges .
* Experience in supporting and coordinating partnership and agency sales activities .

* Minimum 5 years of proven success in software/technology sales, preferably in financial services or related industries (e.g., certifications, logistics).
* Familiarity with high compliance, security, and standards in client environments.
* Travel will be required at times to attend face-to-face customer meetings and industry events.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
