Overview: The Microsoft Business Applications Sales Specialist plays a key role in driving digital transformation and business expansion using Microsoft's suite of business applications. This role is focused on acquiring new business and developing opportunities in the region, primarily targeting new customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Digital Transformation Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, IT leaders, and business decision-makers to lead digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft’s Business Applications suite. Sales Process Ownership: Oversee the full sales cycle, from planning and identifying opportunities to negotiating deals and closing sales. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers, understanding their unique needs and delivering customized solutions. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Partner with a cross-functional team of technical experts, presales consultants, co-sell partners, and Independent Software Vendors to provide end-to-end solutions. Market Awareness: Keep up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position Microsoft’s offerings in the market. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, provide accurate business forecasts, and consistently meet revenue targets. Qualifications: Experience: At least 3 years of experience in selling CRM/ERP solutions or other cloud-based business applications to medium and large SMEs. Sales Expertise: Proven track record of managing sales processes, negotiating high-value deals, and engaging in complex business case discussions. Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership and executives. Customer-Oriented: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to foster long-term relationships with clients. Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
